I understand Hearth is a companionship device, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. On-screen vision tuning is a comfort setting, not vision correction. I understand Hearth never records a visit unless asked, and its AI listens only for safety. Hearth doesn’t listen in on conversations. The AI watches only to prevent inadvertent sharing of personal information and to help make sure everyone’s having a great time — and a scam-watch may alert the family. I've read and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms. The device keeps no video. What happens in the café stays there. I confirm I'm authorized to set up Hearth for this person. You have their permission (or the legal authority) to arrange this device and its settings on their behalf.
